We live in a high-paced world, pulling us in all directions, leading us to feel burnt out and disconnected from other people. You might have become tired of the nagging stress, the strong emotions, the complexity of navigating relationships, or the feeling that something is holding you back from reaching your full potential. Despite all of this, a part of you wants to feel better and move forward. After all, that is why you are taking this major step of seeking help at this moment in your life. In my practice, I construct a safe therapeutic space where you can slow down and breathe. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all formula to address your unique history, personality, and concerns. Therefore, I take a holistic and integrative approach. I consider your difficulties, strengths, where you came from, where you are now, and where you want to be. By working together with clients, I help them cultivate emotional intelligence, deepen honest self-reflection, and increase their motivation to change. Most of my clients aim to reduce stress, improve human connection, and live more meaningful lives. If you are ready to start your journey towards wellness, email me to set up a free no-obligation brief consultation.

Feeling stuck in a cycle of anxiety, OCD, or self-doubt? I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, eating challenges and OCD. Using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure Therapy, I help clients build practical skills, develop resilience, and break free from patterns that keep them stuck so they can move toward a more meaningful, fulfilling life. I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, eating disorders (restrictive eating, ARFID), and obsessive-compulsive disorders. As a South Asian clinician, I believe in the importance of providing culturally sensitive evidence-based care to clients. I am an out-of-network provider and can provide superbills for those seeking reimbursement from insurance. The fastest way to reach me is via email.

I specialize in work with older teens & young adults, including young professionals and college students. I specialize in treatment of anxiety, depression, panic attacks, social anxiety, self esteem, stress related to “perfectionism,” & stress from life transitions— being a new high school student, college student, or a young professional comes with many sudden life changes, & you don’t have to navigate this period of your life alone. I prioritize the therapeutic relationship & believe it’s the small things that create this alliance; you’ll notice how I remember those details you told me because what you say is important to me! Each person’s treatment is approached uniquely because each person is different in their own special way. I aim to be thorough in my sessions & strive for each session to be a resting place. I offer down-to-earth talk with my clients about their concerns. I believe you will find the therapeutic process to be nonjudgmental and insightful. With me,the pressure to “be a certain way” is off. I often use a therapeutic relationship-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework in my sessions to equip you to help take charge of your struggles. In the end, we are all human and many of us suffer with mental health concerns. We should never feel ashamed over this. I encourage you to reach out.

As a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor, I specialize in supporting college and graduate students as they navigate the unique academic, emotional, interpersonal, and developmental challenges that arise during this important stage of life. Drawing from years of experience working in college counseling centers, I understand the pressures students often face, including anxiety, stress, procrastination, burnout, identity development, relationship concerns, family dynamics, substance use, and major life transitions. My therapeutic approach is collaborative, direct, and compassionate. I strive to create a supportive space where students feel heard, understood, and empowered to better understand themselves while building practical tools for growth and resilience. I recognize that the demands of higher education can impact every aspect of a student’s well-being, and I work closely with clients to develop personalized strategies that support both emotional health and academic success. In addition to individual therapy, I have extensive experience facilitating group therapy and supporting students in crisis, helping individuals strengthen self-awareness, improve coping skills, and build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. I am deeply committed to fostering an inclusive and affirming environment where students can explore challenges openly and work toward meaningful, lasting change. If you are looking for a therapist who will work collaboratively with you to identify goals, build on your strengths, and help you navigate the complexities of college or graduate life, I would be honored to support you on your journey.

Hi, I'm Elizabeth and I'm so glad you're here! Therapy doesn't have to be stiff or serious all the time. In fact, I believe feeling comfortable enough to be your full, unfiltered self– including laughing, swearing, crying, or just sitting quietly– is where the real work happens. I use humor, compassion, & a deep respect for your lived experience to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. A big part of my work is helping folks build a better relationship with their bodies- whether you're fat, thin, in between, transitioning, aging, disabled, or just feeling disconnected from yourself. I work with people of all ages! I am trained in EMDR and also pull from modalities like CBT, DBT, and IFS. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; you’re not a checklist, you're a complex, layered person. I approach body image through the lens of fat acceptance and body liberation. Together we can explore what it means to live in your body without shame, pressure, or apology. Therapy with me is collaborative, affirming, and shaped by your needs, goals, and pace. As a queer person myself, I understand the importance of feeling seen, safe, & understood. If you're looking for a therapist who can hold the hard stuff, laugh with you through the weird stuff, and support you in building a life that actually feels like yours- let’s talk!

Kriger Counseling
I work with clients that are ready to address issues in relationships by addressing the thoughts and behaviors that play a role. Initial sessions look at patterns that impact communication, intimacy, and connection with self and others. We strive to lead with more of who you actually are and less of who you think you "should" be. I work with people who are ready to go deep — not just to feel better, but to understand themselves in a more integrated and compassionate way. Many of my clients are independent, driven, and thoughtful — and they’re longing for a space where they can be vulnerable without performing, fixing, or figuring it all out right away. This work isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about becoming more you. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that shaped you, the parts of you that have been trying to protect you, and the deeper truths that are ready to be heard. I hold space for both your personal healing and the ways larger systems affect your I know that finding a therapist that is the "right fit" is most important and would be honored to begin exploring this possibility with you. I am dedicated to offering affirming care and am continually working to provide an LGBTQ+ informed space.

You deserve a therapist who really sees you, not just your symptoms. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who specializes in anxiety, depression, relationships, and trauma across the lifespan. My approach is warm and collaborative, rooted in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices like CBT and DBT. I also incorporate creativity, mindfulness, and the things that matter to you, whether that’s music, art, sports, or storytelling. Before opening my private practice, I served as the Clinical Program Director of a Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) unit, where I supported individuals in acute mental health crises. I've also worked with perpetrators and victims of domestic violence and co-authored publications on Alzheimer's research in medical journals. Across every setting, my focus has always been the same: creating a safe, personalized space that focuses on the client's needs. In the first session, I teach tools that you can use immediately to enhance your partnership, open the lines of communication and reconnect as a couple. If you are an overwhelmed parent, I can help you reach out to your teen by employing techniques that can be used in the moment. My professional experience encompasses coping with anxiety, managing chronic illness, grieving losses and achieving balance for an enriched life. My therapeutic approach is client-centered, reality-based and solution- focused. I also provide psychodynamic insight-oriented therapy if a more in depth exploration of issues is requested. My experience and training include relationship issues, crises related to life transitions, developmental stages, adolescent concerns, couples issues, PTSD, chronic illness, and loss. I am in a small group practice at Solutions for Living. I’m happy you’ve taken that first step and found your way here. I understand it’s not easy to seek out support. Therapy is unique to each person, but some themes I have noticed people are seeking out are an understanding of their emotions, an improved ability to cope and function and feeling more empowered about their individual situations. I also specialize in and offer years of expertise supporting individuals around issues related to parenting, identity development, LBGTQIA+ identities and life transitions. The space I provide is welcoming, gentle and warm. My approach is person-centered and eclectic at its core. I am thoughtful and attentive in finding ways to make therapy accessible and meaningful. I primarily use talk therapy and am skilled at incorporating creativity, coping skills and mindfulness into my work to make therapy individualized to your needs. My hope for you is that you realize your own strength and ability to be the driving force in determining what success means to you in therapy. I believe in your ability to be your own expert and to find your own strength and awareness to promote your personal growth and healing. I’m here to support you and meet you where you are on life’s journey.

Hi, thanks so much for taking an interest in my practice. It takes great courage and awareness to come to the decision to reach out for support. I see clients in my office in Cambridge, MA, near Davis Square, and in Melrose, MA, as well as by teletherapy/videochat. I specialize in helping people to free themselves from the 'silent conversation' that we have with ourselves throughout the day. By understanding how this conversation influences our thoughts, feelings, and actions, it is possible to adapt it to feel more empowered in life. It is my hope that your therapy experience will feel comforting, meaningful, real, and effective in getting to the heart of your core concerns. I work from an integrative framework in a warm and interactive environment, drawing from holistic, cognitive, and psychodynamic influences to help people to reclaim a sense of choice and authorship in their lives. My background includes more than 25 years in clinical healthcare, school, and community settings working therapeutically with individuals, couples, and groups on a wide-range of issues causing acute and chronic distress.
