Hello! My name is Dr. Patrice Mann, and I am a Harvard and Emory-trained, board-certified, adult psychiatrist, offering psychotherapy and medication management for Georgia residents in this 100% virtual practice. I take a holistic approach to care, and create an individual plan of treatment for each person, combining psychotherapy techniques, lifestyle modifications, and medications, as necessary. We can work together to better understand your unique challenges, values, and goals, and use that information to guide our decision making and action plans. My goal is to provide tools and insights for your most pressing challenge today, but also for you to carry forward on your journey. I am currently accepting new patients, with appointments available 2-3 weeks from inquiry, and offering some evening and Saturday options. To see if this practice may be a good fit for your current needs, please check out my website FAQs and submit a new patient inquiry on the "Contact" page.
Whether you are at a crossroads in your life, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or sensing your life is not what it could be, help is available. As helpers, we are committed to meeting you exactly where you are by using our collection of professional tools to assist you to reach your highest potential through connection to your “true” self, the part of you who is waiting to be rediscovered and made manifest. Our orientation as therapists combines our understanding of human development, psychology, and behavioral change with wisdom and practice that is woven through most spiritual traditions. You need not consider yourself a spiritual person, nor do we insist on a particular belief system. This is only to say that our orientation integrates this awareness as an element of healing. Our ultimate goal is to empower you to free yourself from the patterns that keep you from fully thriving and to help you create the life you want to be living. It is an act of courage, not weakness, to allow others to help you.
Hey there! I am a licensed social worker with almost 20 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults. The transition from youth to adulthood can be tumultuous and I am here to support you, whether it be concerns around anxiety, parental relationships, trauma, break-ups, depression, or career and identity development. I believe that your story is your own and you can choose your path. If you're feeling stuck, worried, or scared, I would love to help.
I work collaboratively with students who face a variety of challenges, including life transitions, relationship issues, and navigating queer identities. College and graduate school typically occur at pivotal developmental points for people in terms of figuring out who they are, what they want, and separating/individuating from parental figures. Together, we will work to understand your inner life, what works and what doesn't in terms of your thinking, behavior and ways of relating to others. Often, patterns develop that help us stay safe and secure when we're young, but would benefit from re-examination and modification to live a more fulfilling adult life. I have a sub-specialty working with people with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), a highly distressing fixation on a perceived appearance defect that can impact daily functioning and quality of life. I help you understand where the appearance fixation originated, including negative self appraisals and rituals/compulsions that accompany BDD. Learning to face feared and avoided situations is a gradual process that takes place over time, freeing you from the hold of BDD and leading to improved functioning and a more satisfying life.

Hi, I’m Ben Borkan, and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Certified Gestalt Therapist. I primarily work with couples using Crucible® Therapy and Gestalt Therapy. However, I occasionally see individuals who are looking to work on their own relationships. I did not initially start out seeing couples. I began my career in wilderness therapy, where I guided groups of young adults and saw the impact of social relationships on individuals’ development, both from family systems and also in the healing work that can be accomplished in a group setting. My work in wilderness therapy inspired me to pursue clinical social work at Smith College School for Social Work where I received my MSW. In the past decade I have worked in a variety of settings, practicing various modalities with individuals, couples, families and groups. Therapy combines both my passion for learning and my desire to help others grow. Gestalt and Crucible Therapy are two approaches I find most empowering both personally and professionally. While different, each approach is strengths-based and takes a holistic and real view of people, and how relationships and marriage work. They are also backed with research and evidence that supports their effectiveness in helping people with their relationships. I received my Certificate in Gestalt Therapy at Gestalt Institute of the Rockies in Golden, CO where I learned how to work with people, including myself, to rewire obstacles to authenticity and intimacy. More recently, I began training in Crucible® Therapy; an approach that incorporates neuroscience to help people move past projections, behaviors, and thoughts that inhibit intimacy. I take pride in the work I do and do “the work” from these approaches in my personal life. I want to share what I have learned to help people experience similar sustained and meaningful change in their relationships.
Welcome to sfpsychiatric services. I look forward to working with college students with various backgrounds and issues. My training and experience provides me with an expertise working with this age group. It is truly a pleasure working with this population. This developmental phase brings many challenges as well as rewards as students enter into young adulthood. Having a trusted person to explore and process the adjustment is invaluable. Each person is unique and I treat everyone as an individual which guides my clinical decisions. I have over 25 years of experience working with people from a childhood to adulthood. I provide medication management and psycho-therapy as needed to students in Connecticut and Massachusetts. I take pride in my non-judgmental style, my ability to connect well with others, and most importantly competence and integrity.
What makes Self Reflections Therapy unique is the ability to help you better address your trauma. I currently specialize and I am certified in Trauma Recovery Empowerment Model. I have worked with clientele from all different backgrounds, cultures, and ages in spectrums such as domestic violence victims/survivors, sexual assault, homicide, substance abuse, and integrating those who have been incarcerated back into the community for over 6 years. Hello and welcome. I'm Dr. Anthony Galati, a licensed clinical psychologist with over six years of experience working alongside individuals navigating life’s many complexities. I firmly believe that each of us is faced with our own unique challenges— chapters in the larger story or song of our lives. While no two journeys are exactly alike, we all know what it means to struggle. I also believe that one of the most powerful things we can do is allow ourselves to be vulnerable enough to share those struggles with someone who truly listens. I work from an integrative framework, recognizing that while many experiences may overlap, every individual’s lived experience is distinct. My foundation is rooted in psychodynamic therapy, which helps us explore how past experiences may shape current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. From there, I tailor interventions to support self-awareness, emotional processing, and meaningful change. In addition to psychodynamic work, I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This allows me to tailor sessions to your needs. Phone: (609) 300 - 4358
I believe we all grow and heal differently. Sometimes it's through exercise, music, quality time with loved ones or the occasional tv marathon; and sometimes it's through the relationship created in therapy where your whole self can be seen without judgment or shame. I support high schoolers, college & graduate students, and adults dealing with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, major life & relationship transitions, identity development, as well as those seeking an edge in sport/mental performance. I bring an honest, curious, and eclectic approach, striving to make therapy flexible and interactive. I am solution-focused, often combining IFS and CBT with motivational enhancement, mind-body integration, mindfulness, and positive psychology. I aim to highlight and expand your compassion, courage, confidence, and coping skills. If you are adjusting to something new, discovering who you are, or motivated to make a meaningful change, let's dive in. Together, we will work towards harnessing your inner strengths while mending the parts that make life feel challenging. I look forward to greeting you with patience, acceptance, and warmth.
Hello, I am a licensed LGBTQ therapist. I offer individual therapy via telehealth or in person. I have prior experience working extensively with college students during the pandemic. For over 25 years I have worked as a social worker, life coach and therapist with children, adolescents and adults. Since I was a child I knew that I wanted to be a counselor helping others in their time of need. At some point in life's journey you may experience a time where you feel you may benefit from some extra support and guidance, let me help you on the road to hope and healing. I believe in a mutual therapeutic relationship working together as a team towards the client's goals. Starting therapy and sharing issues that have become challenging is a hard and yet courageous step in your healing process. As a therapist I am honored to be able to share in this journey and hold the emotions that come with this. I consider myself to be an eclectic therapist, taking into consideration the individuals uniqueness and needs before implementing techniques and strategies. I use an honest and direct approach in a non-judgemental and compassionate way. With the help of different modalities CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused and EMDR I can help you find a path toward inner peace and joy.
