Holistic Behavioral Health Multi Services (HBHMS) is a psychiatric practice located in Woburn, Massachusetts, and Bedford, New Hampshire. At HBHMS. Our team offers supportive psychiatric care, improving the mental health of patients 14 years and older. This is done in a welcoming setting or from the comfort of the patients’ homes. Dr. Bridget Nestor (she/her) is a supportive and encouraging psychologist who works collaboratively with her clients to identify goals and make steps toward change. Drawing on the tenets of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dr. Nestor takes an evidence-based, client-centered approach to therapy to foster coping skills and promote individual flourishing. Dr. Nestor provides individual therapy for older adolescents and young adults with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, executive dysfunction, social difficulties, stress, chronic pain, grief, and challenges related to life transitions. She is also trained in neuropsychological evaluations to assess attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder and other executive functioning difficulties.
I am a licensed mental health practitioner with 13 years of experience and specialized certification in child and family forensics. I support individuals as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, intimate partner violence, forensic and legal challenges, and major life transitions. I take a CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), goals-focused approach. I am licensed in Massachusetts and New York and I can see students in either state--in fact, I work with a number of students who go to school in MA but live in NY when they are not on campus and vice versa.
