My Practice: I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with a focus on supporting young adults through compassionate, evidence-based therapy. I also work with parents through coaching, helping families navigate challenges and strengthen their relationships. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including: anxiety disorders (social anxiety, phobias, OCD, generalized anxiety), depression and mood disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), trauma, self-esteem issues, self-harm and emotional dysregulation, and parent-child conflict My approach is strengths-based and client-centered. I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in trust, safety, and respect. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, drawing from multiple therapeutic frameworks, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My Training: I received my B.S. from Cornell University in Human Development in 2015 and my Masters in Social Work from Boston College in 2020. My previous clinical experience includes acute psychiatric residential treatment at McLean-Franciscan's Community-Based Acute Treatment (CBAT), school social work at Brookline and Boston Public Schools, and outpatient therapy under a group practice. Who I am: I’m silly, serious, inquisitive, and loyal. I come from a very big family and am a first-generation college student. These parts of my identity shape how I show up in the therapy room - grounded, curious, and deeply committed to connection. Outside of my work, I love to cook, spend time with my loved ones, and move my body in nature. Whether it’s swimming, running, hiking, biking, or skiing, being outdoors helps me feel present and energized.

I work with people who long to feel more at home with themselves and in their lives. My clients are curious, self-reflective and have experienced things that leave them feeling hurt, fearful and alone. During sessions we may encounter powerful gates of self-discovery like grief, anger, and shame. Together we get to know these parts of you, approach them with kindness, release painful stories and make meaning. Clients leave sessions feeling closer to themselves, able to move through their lives with clarity and presence. My approach weaves multiple therapeutic approaches within and beyond traditional psychotherapy. I’m trained in IFS and EMDR, and incorporate mindfulness and somatic practices into sessions. I offer reiki, a form of energy healing, to support regulation and rest. I'm also a student of tarot and astrology, and can include these perspectives in the work. I welcome all parts of you to this work. To learn more about me and to see if we are a good match for doing this work together, email me to schedule a free 15 minute consultation call.

Having worked in a variety of mental health settings and most particularly through my work at academic Boston-area hospitals, I have developed both an affection for and an expertise in working with people in their 20's. It is such a time of change, choices, transitions and adjustments. Finding a way to ground ourselves and connect with our own instincts can make all the difference in the journey through adult life.

The students I connect with most are curious about themselves and want to understand not just what they feel, but why. Many seem capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside — struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, friendship or dating struggles, or a harsh inner critic. Some notice the same patterns repeating or feel unsure of who they are and what they want. If you’re ready to look a little deeper, we’ll likely be a good fit. I offer a steady, supportive space to explore the inner stuff you’ve been carrying around. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a sense of humor to our work, helping therapy feel human, relatable, and sometimes even a little fun. I use talk therapy as our foundation, and when it’s a good fit, I may also bring in EMDR, a well-researched approach that helps your brain process difficult experiences — whether from the past or present — so they feel less intense and less triggering. I also draw from practical skills, mindfulness, and self-exploration tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control — ready to move through college with greater clarity, self-trust, and maybe even a few laughs along the way.

College (and life in general) can be a lot. Whether you're adjusting to a big transition, feeling disconnected from yourself and those around you, or trying to make sense of things that have happened in your life, you don't have to figure it out alone. I’m a therapist who works with adolescents, young adults, and caregivers, with a special focus on supporting LGBTQ+ folks. I'm part of the LGBTQ community too. I work from a trauma-informed and anti-oppression lens, which means I pay attention to the full context of your life and how the world around you has shaped your experiences. My style is warm, collaborative, and down to earth. I bring humor when it's helpful, and I don't expect you to show up any particular way. You can be messy, unsure, overwhelmed. I’ll meet you there without judgment. Everyone deserves to feel safe and heard. Therapy with me is a place to slow down, get curious, and start making sense of what’s been hard while finding your way back to yourself. I take insurance and offer a free 15-minute call to see if we're a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!

As a therapist, I strive to bring warmth and wits into sessions with my patients. My role is to help people identify patterns that are causing trouble or distress. This process involves not only trying to understand the "root" of the problem, but also looking for ways in which individuals might get stuck in problematic ways of relating to others or thinking about themselves. This can be hard work, but it has the potential to be very rewarding. In my experience, people who engage in therapy often find that old patterns can change, and new choices are able to emerge in their lives. In my previous role as associate director of Boston University's Behavioral Medicine clinic, I worked with a diverse group of undergrad and graduate students. In my current practice, I work with adolescents and young adults who are struggling academically, or who are taking a leave of absence from college or grad school due to mental health concerns. I also have interests in depression, anxiety, parenting, postpartum depression/anxiety, and spiritual issues. But really, I like working with anyone striving for an examined life. I am not in-network with any insurance plans, but you may be able to use out of network benefits to help pay for the cost of therapy.

Thank you for considering working with me. I do both therapy and/or medication management. My approach is a team approach where I work collaboratively with you. Even if you have a therapist and need someone for just medication management, I like to get to know you as a whole. I try to avoid making students feel labeled and pressured to start a medication. I strive to make a welcoming environment for all students with diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQ students. My private practice is mainly undergraduate and graduate students along with young adults recently in the workforce.

I am a Harvard and Brown University educated board-certified psychiatrist welcoming new patients seeking tailored, patient-centered psychiatric care in Back Bay. I believe in a thoughtful approach to psychiatric treatment and often advocate for psychotherapy before medications. However, if symptoms are severe, I will work with you to find a medication that may help. I strongly encourage open and honest communication throughout the treatment process as I want you to get the best possible treatment which aligns with your preferences and goals. Timely and collaborative psychiatric treatment can be transformative and empower you to live your best life. I welcome the opportunity to help you get there. ---------------------------------------------------- INSURANCE & FEES: Dr. Reddy is an out-of-network physician for all insurance providers and therefore does not work with or bill insurance companies directly. You are responsible for paying the full amount of the fees at the time of service. You will have access to a detailed invoice (called a "superbill") for all services rendered and fees paid which you may submit directly to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network benefits. Reimbursement rates vary by insurance provider and plan (usually between 20-80%) Fees: $500 - 60min initial evaluation $325 - 30min medication follow up only $500 - 60min therapy +/- medication follow up

I help my clients to eat better, sleep better and feel better by making small habit shifts that lead to positive results in health, energy, focus, mood, and relationships. Hi, thanks so much for taking an interest in my practice. It takes great courage and awareness to come to the decision to reach out for support. I see clients in my office in Cambridge, MA, near Davis Square, and in Melrose, MA, as well as by teletherapy/videochat. I specialize in helping people to free themselves from the 'silent conversation' that we have with ourselves throughout the day. By understanding how this conversation influences our thoughts, feelings, and actions, it is possible to adapt it to feel more empowered in life. It is my hope that your therapy experience will feel comforting, meaningful, real, and effective in getting to the heart of your core concerns. I work from an integrative framework in a warm and interactive environment, drawing from holistic, cognitive, and psychodynamic influences to help people to reclaim a sense of choice and authorship in their lives. My background includes more than 25 years in clinical healthcare, school, and community settings working therapeutically with individuals, couples, and groups on a wide-range of issues causing acute and chronic distress. Hi! My name is Julia, and I’m excited to meet you! First, let me introduce myself and share what working with me will be like.   My practice focuses on balancing acceptance and change—embracing who you are and your life-circumstances, while also encouraging progress and self-transformation. My method combines evidence-based modalities (Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Practices) with Liberation Health Theory, a holistic approach that will help you unlearn harmful societal messages that are deeply ingrained in all of us. I’m committed to helping you build internal self-worth and trust. You will be able to tap back into your intuition, and move forward with confidence. I often use humor in our sessions to help make things feel a bit more relaxed. It’s all about finding a balance—supporting you through challenges while keeping things approachable. Nobody wants to feel like they’re talking to a wall! I show up authentically in sessions, hoping that you can too. I specialize in helping clients navigate: * Life changes * Depression * Anxiety * Body image concerns / self-esteem * Relationship struggles * Trauma * Family relationships / boundaries * Navigating neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, etc.) We all deserve to face life’s unique challenges from a regulated starting point. I know that this is not always easy in 2024, and I will be committed to your improvement, whatever that looks like for you. I meet you where you are at. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or moving through a major life transition, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with individuals who are ready to explore their inner world with curiosity and compassion, whether it’s your first time in therapy or you’re returning to it. My approach is warm, relational, and psychodynamic at its core, meaning we’ll look at how your past shapes the way you think, feel, and connect today. I also integrate practical tools from CBT and DBT to help manage anxiety, depression, and everyday stress, and use mindfulness to support grounding and emotional awareness. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse individuals as well as women experiencing anxiety and/or depression. Together, we’ll build a space for reflection, resilience, and meaningful change—at your pace, and with care.

I have experience working with families and individuals. I have primarily worked with adolescents and adults in the areas of substance use disorder and short-term solution focused family therapy. I am passionate about supporting the needs of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am trauma-informed and ready to work with people who may not yet know what they need from therapy but just know something in their life isn't working for them right now. I believe that you are the expert in your own experience and I am here to help you set goals and build skills that support you in your daily life. I offer a strengths-based, client-centered eclectic approach including elements of multiple modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT and motivational interviewing. I am shaped/guided by a lens of systems theory, social justice, and attachment theory. I believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance with my clients and approaching with humility that I don't know your situation more than you do. I am ready to collaborate with you to help you find what you are looking for, whichever approach we take.
