At different times in our lives, we experience hardships that may overwhelm us. These can sometimes be brought on by relationships, careers, family, or health. Or perhaps it is more of a persistent feeling you've grown accustomed to but wish there was a way of changing. The meaning we've made from life's past events serves as a template for how we will process each new experience in the future. My goal is to help facilitate an insight-oriented process of understanding why we feel the way we do and provide a source of strength and a healthy curiosity to lead to a better tomorrow.
Welcome! I can help with anxiety or depression. I also specialize in sexual issues for both men and women. Schedule online directly from my website. (Please note that I am only in-network with Pacific Source insurance, email me directly for any other insurance questions, thanks!)

Hi! I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in Oregon and Idaho with 19 years of experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I enjoy working with college students navigating stress, anxiety, identity, relationships, burnout, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, with the goal of helping you feel supported while building practical tools for everyday life. Reaching out for support can feel intimidating, and I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
It is important to me that when we meet, you feel like you are connecting with another human being who deeply cares about your emotional world and sincerely wants to understand the challenges you may be facing. Therapy is a space for you to slow down, pause, and reconnect with the strength that already resides within you. I combine my professional knowledge and experience with a genuine desire to create a warm, authentic environment that fosters trust and allows you to explore what matters most. I feel privileged to support you in your healing process, and I am committed to breaking down the traditional hierarchy that can sometimes exist between therapist and client. I have always been fascinated by the human experience—how we interact with others, ourselves, and the world around us. My own personal growth journey and how I have overcome adversity in my life, is a core part of who I am and have become, and it helps me show up for you in a meaningful, empathetic way. I am grateful to witness the growth and resilience of my clients, and I’m particularly passionate about helping those who may be held back by fear or shame. My goal is to support you in confidently stepping into your full potential, believing in yourself, and living authentically. I am also passionate about social justice, including anti-racism, intersectional feminism, LGBTQI rights, body and sex positivity, mindfulness, nature, and radical autonomy. I hold a Master’s in Education in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon and have been a licensed therapist since 2009. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon, I look at the “systems” that influence our lives, whether cultural, familial, or relational, and how they shape the difficulties we experience. In my practice, I work with individuals, couples, and families, helping each person navigate their unique challenges and move towards the life they want to create. I specialize in a wide range of difficulties someone may be facing including pregnancy and postpartum challenges, relationship issues, women survivors, sexuality and personal identity and more. I also specialize in anxiety, stress, self-esteem/self-worth, life changes and transitions and trauma. I am a trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive therapist.

My expertise lies in working with young adults, ranging in age from late teens to 20’s and 30’s. Through years of experience working in counseling centers at colleges and universities and with clients in this age range, I understand the unique challenges life can pose for young adults and will help you strive towards greater satisfaction with yourself, in your life and in your relationships. I view the relationship between therapist and client as a partnership. We will work together to get you where you want to be. I work with a variety of presenting concerns including depression, anxiety, relationships, trauma, sexual orientation and identity, self-esteem, substance abuse and life transitions. I am currently offering teletherapy sessions and I am accepting new clients. I practice Gestalt therapy in a warm and supportive environment, where I will help you gain insight into past patterns of behavior that are no longer useful, help you uncover barriers that are holding you back, develop new ways of coping, and build on existing strengths. Feel free to reach out with any questions about me or my approach!

You are probably here today because no matter how hard you try, you don't feel good enough. Maybe mentally you are aware of your success in school, work &/or at home but you don't feel it. Something brought back the painful, unwanted memories you tried so hard to forget & patterns that hold you back on the inside. You wake up in the morning & the first thing you notice is how sad, overwhelmed, tired and anxious you feel. Imagine yourself one day waking up without nightmares, enjoying life, feeling more fully present every moment, safe enough to explore friendships, romantic relationships, and to say “no.” I know that you have the potential to heal & build a better life for yourself because other survivors of trauma I have worked with & met have done so. I invite you to call me for a free 15 min. consultation.

Soothe anxiety, heal past wounds, and come home to yourself. You long to feel more confident and at home in your own skin, but right now you feel stuck, lost, and exhausted from feeling like you're never enough. You can't seem to find lasting relief from anxiousness in your mind/body, even after trying so many ways to feel better. Perhaps you have been made to feel like your sensitivity and tender heart is "too much". You don't have to figure this out alone. I support young women as they cultivate inner peace and a renewed sense of wholeness. I support clients with a warm, compassionate, and relational approach backed by trauma-informed tools to make feeling grounded more accessible. A holistic mind-body-spirit approach can help you cultivate a sense of peace and clarity in the present, while accessing deeper emotional healing. If this resonates with you, email me to schedule a free consultation call.
