Rachel Stout
Hi, I'm Rachel! I'm a licensed professional counselor with nearly 10 years of experience working with adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, and ADHD. I provide in-person therapy in Lancaster and virtual therapy across Pennsylvania. I also have expertise in helping clients manage stress, insomnia, and burnout. I enjoy helping clients identify healthy, sustainable boundaries for their life, work, and relationships. I seek to work with clients holistically and collaboratively, creating practical goals for lasting change. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies to address anxiety, depression, OCD, and insomnia, including CBT, CBT-I and ERP. I also specialize in working with clients on understanding and setting healthy work-life and relationship boundaries, managing stress, improving executive functioning, and processing life transitions. It is my goal to help you experience freedom, hope and lasting change. Therapy works not only because of scientific evidence, it also works because it's a relationship. And while relationships can break, they can also heal. I would love to hear your story, your hopes, your truth. Let's walk together on this healing journey.

Rylee Usher
I’m Rylee Usher (she/her), and I am an intern therapist currently working to complete my Master’s in Professional Counseling at the University of Pennsylvania. I have lived in Philadelphia for the past seven years, and I have worked in a variety of community spaces to support wellbeing and individual growth. I am particularly interested in diving into the relational, cultural, and systemic structures that shape our thoughts, feelings, and actions. I believe that each person is the expert on their own narrative, and my goal is to provide a supportive environment to process your experiences. My approach to the therapeutic relationship is based in honesty, non-judgement, humor, and accountability. As a queer woman, I recognize the importance of maintaining an inclusive space for individuals to feel safe in vulnerability. Each person will have their unique story to share, and I will work to make sure that your voice feels heard and prioritized. Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, exploring identity questions, or seeking an open space to discuss sexuality, I welcome anyone and everyone.

Neurodiverge Therapy LLC
As a relational, attachment-based therapist, I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful vehicle for change. As a systemic therapist, I also believe that the systems you’re part of matter, and that your experience can’t be understood outside of those systems. You may have had the experience of “getting” something on a logical level, yet finding that knowledge to be inadequate or insufficient. I believe real change has to be felt, not just rationalized. So I focus on creating a relationship where it’s safe to take relational risks and have new experiences that create change on a deeper level. Within the relationship, the work can take many forms. We may start by looking into your past, as I believe the past is important in understanding the present, and that it’s useful for helping you understand your attachment style and relational patterns. And if you’re one of the many neurodivergent people who have experienced trauma, we can draw on Internal Family Systems/parts work and Emotion-Focused Therapy to help heal your younger self. My goal is to always meet you where you are, and sometimes that might mean taking a more practical, skills-based approach. This could mean developing strategies to manage overwhelm, big emotions, and struggles with organization, time-blindness and prioritization. For example, you may be feeling like you know what you need to do yet still can’t get it done. Here I also draw on my background as an ADHD coach, and use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems to help you understand the emotions that may be getting in your way, see the different parts that create internal conflicts for you, and change how you relate to these parts.
