My name is Darlena Cochran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I understand that life is full of changes, some good and some hard. Through any change there is an adjustment and sometimes a healing process needs to happen. I can help create a goal towards a better quality of life. I would welcome to be given the opportunity to help you to start the healing process. I am happy to help with depression, anxiety, bipolar, ocd, ptsd, and more. I am able to provider EMDR virtually.
My counseling style is straightforward, compassionate, and sprinkled with humor when it fits. I believe therapy should be a space where trust grows and you feel safe being unapologetically yourself. You're the expert on your life-I'm just here to help you navigate it with clarity and confidence.
Please, allow me to navigate this life-changing journey with you. To be heard without being judged allows us to explore our current state of emotion without the fear of being ridiculed, without the stigma behind mental health, and without the fear of “what will they think of me?” The Goal: To reach a peaceful state of mind. You are not alone.
My approach as a therapist is simple- I'm here to help you recognize the parts of yourself that you're proud of and change the parts you want to be different. Trust me, there is no problem too big or too small to bring to therapy! My clients have usually included people who have been marginalized by socio-economic barriers, people who have experienced trauma, and those with autism or other types of neurodivergence, or developmental disabilities. Since these issues can make life especially tough in new and different ways during college and the transition to adulthood, I've found that this stage of life can be the perfect time to seek out some help. Although I have a lot of experience working with ages 12-18, I'm also passionate about providing therapy to adults throughout the lifespan. I believe that a comfortable working relationship between you and your therapist is so important for you to fully access your resilience to heal and be empowered to achieve your goals. I'll always encourage you to give me honest feedback to ensure that sessions are supportive and meet your specific needs. Sessions with me will always be judgement free zones where authenticity and vulnerability are highly valued. Whether that sounds well within or far outside your comfort zone, I'd love to meet to answer any questions you have and to see if we might be a good fit. When stress and emotional overwhelm build up, it can feel like you’re slowly losing yourself. I’m Esther, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I have a passion for working with young adults who carry a lot on their shoulders. I carry the lived experience of being a first-generation Latina college student of mixed heritage. I understand the emotional complexity of balancing cultural values, family expectations, and personal growth, and how isolating or overwhelming that process can feel at times. This perspective allows me to connect deeply with the unique strengths, resilience, and challenges that come with belonging to multiple worlds and sometimes feeling torn between them. My therapeutic style is grounded in authenticity— I show up as myself, using warmth, humor, and gentle directness to help you explore the parts of your life that feel heavy, complicated, or stuck. My goal is to provide clients the space where their vulnerability is honored, so that their own sense of authenticity can flourish. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship struggles, identity concerns, trauma, cultural and family expectations, and perfectionism. I earned both my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA), where my training was grounded in culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and person-centered care. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client, mostly drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Reality Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Choosing a therapist is a personal decision, and feeling a sense of connection matters. I offer a 15-minute consultation as a way for us to talk about what you’re hoping for, answer any questions you may have, and see if my approach feels like the right fit for you. If you’re ready to explore your story in a meaningful and empowering way, I’d be honored to walk with you through that process.
Hi! As a clinically-trained therapist, I want you to know that the struggles you face and the traumas you have experienced do not have to define you. You have the ability to create a new path for yourself, to live the life you really want to live. I would love to help you create that life. As a Christian counselor, I believe God created perfection and placed it all in the Garden of Eden. Unfortunately, sin entered the picture and people have been struggling with the effects of sin ever since. Sometimes that struggle is beyond our resources and understanding. We need to have someone help us through life's troubles. I work with adults, couples, and teenagers. I am interested in helping my clients deal with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, spiritual issues, marriage issues, trauma, and others. My husband and I have been in church ministry for over 40 years. We've seen a lot. While I am passionate about my own spiritual walk, I do respect the journey each person is on. It is not my place to dictate to you how your walk should look. God is big enough to handle that part all by himself. I am married to a pastor, have two adult children, and one son-in-law. I dearly love spending time with my family and sometimes try to do a craft project.

If you’ve been feeling like you’ve kind of lost yourself lately, you’re not alone—and you’re exactly who I love working with. A lot of the people I see are juggling school, expectations, relationships, and big life decisions, while quietly feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of who they really are. You might overthink everything, struggle to say no, or feel pressure to have it all figured out—even when you don’t. In our work together, you won’t get a stiff or overly clinical experience. I show up as a real person—warm, down-to-earth, and sometimes bringing in humor when it helps take the edge off. I’ll help you slow things down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and start trusting yourself more so you can feel grounded, confident, and more like you again.
Hi! My name is Mandy Schramm. I've been working in the mental health field since 2015, but practicing counseling since 2020. I'm currently an LPC at Soluna Mental Health in the Woodlands, TX. I have Master's degrees in both Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background mainly has been working with adolescents in residential and inpatient settings struggling with mental health and behavioral issues. My work with adolescents in long term programs has afforded me the opportunity to see how different environments and family systems shape youth growth and needs. I also work with adults struggling with mental health, ineffective coping skills, poor social supports, and trauma. Most of my clients have struggled with unresolved trauma resulting in mental or behavioral issues. I aim to provide a safe space for those who are struggling to process the root of their issues so that they can adopt healthy coping skills to implement in their daily lives. Your past does not have to define you! Give yourself the opportunity you deserve to grow from your experiences and shape your future.
