As a therapist, I use a warm, interpersonal approach, drawing from attachment theory, internal family systems (IFS), somatics, and DBT. I am a clinical psychologist who provides individual psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and neuropsychological evaluations. I have extensive training in multiple therapeutic techniques, including CBT, ACT, attachment based therapies, and mindfulness. By integrating these different modalities, I can personalize treatment for you and help you achieve maximum benefit. I was a high school teacher and coach for 14 years before becoming a counselor so I work well with students and young people. Many feel pressure to make their time at college "the best time of their lives" but the reality is many find this time of transition difficult and frustrating.
