There are a lot of really good reasons to start therapy. For some this may be be uncovering the authentic self, finding a felt sense of safety, and the confidence to build meaningful and lasting relationships. In my fifteen years of practice I have developed an approach that is intuitive and individualized, blending emotional insight, mind body awareness, and an understanding of your lived experience. I work holistically, identifying the emotional, physical, and situational pieces that shape your inner world. I work with individuals wanting to discover ways to move more authentically and confidently through this moment in their life. Whether that is adjusting to a major life changes, break ups, or dealing with emotional challenges. I provide additional specialized care for those recovering from religious trauma, purity culture, and spiritual abuse. I understand that getting into therapy can be a challenge in its own right. I am happy to walk you through logistical concerns and insurance verifications. All sessions are done through telehealth. Hi. I am a clinical social worker/therapist who has been working in the mental health field for over 25 years. Throughout this time, I have worked in a variety of settings with children, teens, young adults, parents and families. I have specialized in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, including but not limited to sexual abuse, sexual assault, childhood neglect, physical abuse, partner abuse, and traumatic grief and loss. In addition to my trauma focused work, I really enjoy working with college-aged students and the many wonders and struggles that come along with this time and age. I work with students who are experiencing a range of issues from anxiety, depression, questioning identity, family conflict, difficulty with the adjustment to school, social struggles and/or in need of future and career guidance. I am trained in a variety of techniques and pull from each of them to provide an individualized approach that is collaborative as well as strength based for each client. I look forward to connecting and discussing whether we would be a good fit for working together. Please note that at this time, I primarily have day time appointments available and offer sessions via telehealth.
I believe that just like we train our bodies, we can strengthen our minds—and I’m here to support you in doing just that. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, or the stressors of daily life, therapy offers a space to feel grounded, supported, and seen. As a pre-licensed mental health counselor, I provide both individual and couples therapy for adolescents, teens, college students, and adults. My clinical experience spans college counseling centers, PHP/IOP programs, and private practice, giving me the opportunity to support people through a wide range of mental health challenges and life transitions. My therapeutic approach is compassion-focused, collaborative, and deeply human-first. I believe that while I bring training and clinical knowledge, you bring the wisdom of your lived experience—your values, your identities, and your goals. Together, we work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy. I often integrate these modalities to support clients struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma and PTSD, panic disorder, identity development (including sexuality, gender, culture, and personal interests), relationship concerns, and performance-related stress. With a background as a professional soccer player, I also have a special passion for working with athletes and performers, helping them build emotional resilience and navigate both mental health and performance pressures. Wherever you are in your process—whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, growth, or grounding—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

I provide an empathetic, supportive, and interactive environment whereby together, the client and I can explore conflicts with the ultimate goal of reducing unpleasant thoughts and/or painful feelings. The students I connect with most are curious about themselves and want to understand not just what they feel, but why. Many seem capable on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside — struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, friendship or dating struggles, or a harsh inner critic. Some notice the same patterns repeating or feel unsure of who they are and what they want. If you’re ready to look a little deeper, we’ll likely be a good fit. I offer a steady, supportive space to explore the inner stuff you’ve been carrying around. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a sense of humor to our work, helping therapy feel human, relatable, and sometimes even a little fun. I use talk therapy as our foundation, and when it’s a good fit, I may also bring in EMDR, a well-researched approach that helps your brain process difficult experiences — whether from the past or present — so they feel less intense and less triggering. I also draw from practical skills, mindfulness, and self-exploration tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and in control — ready to move through college with greater clarity, self-trust, and maybe even a few laughs along the way.

Life can be a lot! There are times when people may feel hopeless, isolated, or like they have no choice but to struggle alone. As a queer person, I know the importance of connection and community. My goal is to offer a space where you can feel safe in vulnerability and supported in facing challenges. I work primarily with adults and college-aged individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in emotion-focused, relational work. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities to find the best fit for your unique needs, believing that healing is not one-size-fits-all. Being ready to start therapy doesn’t mean you have to feel ready to dive in head-first. Sometimes, the first challenge is simply taking that first step. If you want to do that, I will meet you at your pace with honesty, care, and respect as we work together toward understanding and change.
The Narrative Network offers collaborative therapy for people across Massachusetts and brings therapists together for supervision, training, and ongoing relationships with the ideas and practices called narrative therapy. We believe people are more than the problems they are facing. Difficulties take shape in lives, relationships, histories, and social worlds — and therapy can create room to notice the values, knowledges, commitments, and relationships that may have become harder to see when life is difficult.
I am an LGBTQ+ therapist supporting adults. Whether you are coming to therapy to make a change, make sense of yourself or past experiences, or simply want someone to listen to you, I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space for you to explore your life, relationships and concerns. Whatever your goals, I will guide you through the process and together we will try to understand any repetitive patterns of unfulfilling behaviour and gain insight into how past experiences have come to shape present-day experiences. I also work full-time as a therapist supporting undergraduate and graduate students at Harvard University helping them navigate challenges associated with mental health, academics, and relationships. I believe the single most important aspect of successful therapy is the quality of the relationship between therapist and client. I therefore invite you to sit down with me in a relaxed way so we can talk. I can help you make better sense of your experiences, thoughts and feelings. Together we can discover meanings, recognise patterns, and explore options.

I specialize in helping people to manage and recover from eating disorders and co-occurring illnesses. I believe that clients who struggle with eating disorders have inherently painful emotions which are managed by various harmful behaviors so I work collaboratively with clients, their support network, and their outpatient providers to find ways to change these behaviors and manage emotions in both the short and long term. In my outpatient practice, I see individuals of all ages and genders who struggle with a wide variety of challenges related to disordered eating, body image issues, and low self-esteem. When I'm not seeing outpatient clients, I also work full-time at a local eating disorder facility, and am able to facilitate referrals to local treatment centers as needed. I remain committed to continuing to work with clients while they need a higher level of support. In addition to in-office individual therapy, I also offer recovery coaching in the community. This can include a wide variety of support including meal coaching, food exposures, and body image improvement coaching. Please contact me for additional information. If you are interested in becoming a new client, please email me for the fastest response.
