As a therapist practicing for over 15 years, I thoroughly enjoy working with students as they learn to navigate life. Many times, it can be incredibly challenging to balance school, social relationships, jobs and other responsibilities. My goal as your therapist is to allow you to express your feelings in a non-judgmental and safe space, as well as provide you with skills to improve your overall quality of life. This space is for the questioners, deep feelers, critical thinkers, artists, muses, queerfolk, neurodivergent minds, and the beautifully complex. In session, I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment, as we gently explore the patterns shaping your life. If you know the ache of feeling disconnected from yourself, of looking in the mirror and not quite landing in who you are, you are not alone. Join me in learning the tools and skills to intentionally create the life that you desire. I work with clients who are looking to strengthen trust in themselves. My overarching goal for every client who comes to see me is for them to have a more loving, compassionate relationship to themselves, others, and their past. I use a holistic collaborative approach to counseling that recognizes our unique multidimensional nature, and honors the connection between mind, emotions, energy, and body. Birdie, my office puppy, is a gentle presence who offers passive emotional support to clients who enjoy animal companionship. I work with adults, college students, teens, adolescents, couples, and families, to: 1. Identify harmful thought and behavior patterns, 2. Understand what's at the root of these patterns, 3. Cultivate tools and behaviors that encourage, rather than inhibit, growth. I offer compassionate, honest feedback, providing an outside lens that will allow you to see yourself more clearly. I believe everyone has the tools within them to heal and grow. You can reconnect with your authentic and confident self. Let's rekindle the spark within you and heal the past that is holding you back from the life you desire. I would be honored to assist you in opening up paths to trusting yourself and healing your past in your journey to wholeness.

Hi, I'm Danielle. I help people build more confidence in themselves, make peace with their bodies, and improve their relationships. On the surface, you might hold it together pretty well. You try so hard to keep up in your classes, stay busy, and show up for your friends. The thing is, no one knows how overwhelmed, insecure, and lonely you really feel. There's a vague but heavy sense of self-doubt that interferes with your decisions, self-confidence, and relationships. On some level, you know there's got to be another way, and there IS! You can feel more peace, find your voice, build self-trust, and step into the life you actually want. I'd love to help you get there! My goal is to provide a safe space for you to feel like you can fully be yourself, process your experiences, and figure out how to become the best version of yourself. I believe therapy is tough, serious work, AND it can also be filled with laughter and lightness. I have worked extensively throughout my career with clients struggling with self-esteem, whether that shows up in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, body image issues, or relationship/dating issues. We'll start by building insight and awareness around the patterns and behaviors you're struggling with. From there, we'll work to make the meaningful changes needed to build a life you're proud of and excited about. If this resonates with you, you're in the right place! You can learn more about me on my website or by reaching out to schedule a complimentary 15-minute consultation.

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next step? You’re not alone. I work with students who are navigating big transitions, juggling academic pressure, and trying to manage relationships, identity, and self-care all at once. Some come to me because they feel anxious, stuck, or easily overwhelmed. Others are working through past hurts, challenges with self-esteem, or patterns in friendships and dating that aren’t serving them. Our sessions are a space to slow down, sort through what’s on your mind, and find practical tools for coping, communicating, and building the life you want. I take a warm, collaborative approach — you bring your experiences, I bring strategies and perspective, and together we work toward change that feels realistic and sustainable. Whether you’re seeking a place to process feelings, learn new skills, or explore who you are, my goal is to make therapy a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped to move forward.

School can be some of the most rewarding years of your life but they can also be overwhelming. Between classes, internships, work, relationships, family expectations, finances, and figuring out who you are and where you're headed, sometimes it's good to have some extra support. Therapy gives you a place to talk openly about what's going on, without judgment. Whether you're feeling anxious, stressed, burned out, stuck, lonely, or simply trying to make sense of a major life transition, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with college and graduate students on concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, identity exploration, gender identity, academic stress, life transitions, binge eating, and body image. Many of my clients are also learning how to manage life on their own for the first time and are discovering that no one ever really taught them how to handle the emotional side of money. As a Certified Financial Social Worker, I can help you develop a healthier relationship with money, spending, debt, budgeting, and financial decision-making. Together, we can explore both the practical and emotional aspects of financial wellness so you feel more confident and in control. My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I'll meet you where you are, help you build on your strengths, and offer practical tools along the way. If you're curious about working together, I'd be happy to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
