All of our clinicians have previous professional experience and are very passionate about servicing individuals that struggle with anxiety, concerns, grief, depression and life stressors. We will also be offering family counseling for those in need of family support. Rates start as low as $35 per session with our masters level interns or between $110-$175 for licensed therapists. If you have anyone that does not have insurance or is struggling with funds for mental health care. *We will also be offering a small selection of pro bono appointments on case by case basis.

Hi I'm Erin at Brave Life! I have a passion for working with young adults and college students who may be struggling with identity, self-esteem, relationship issues, intimate partner violence, life transitions and grief and loss. I have been a school counselor in previous years and am now at Brave Life Therapy which is a fully affirming private practice. I would love to walk alongside you in your college journey if you're finding yourself in need of a safe place to process, disentangle thoughts or process previous trauma. I like to show up as authentically as possible and would love for you to be able to as well.

I believe that you are the expert on your own story. Creating a safe, warm, and affirming space for clients to come as they are without judgment is of utmost importance to me as a therapist. I want you to feel that you are known, seen, and heard – by entering your story with a sense of curiosity and understanding. I enjoy working with clients who have specific goals that they would like to accomplish in therapy – but if you’ve never experienced this before or don’t know where to begin, that’s okay too. We’ll work together to find your expertise, implement techniques you can take outside of our sessions, and start to fulfill your dreams. As someone who has been on the other side of the counseling room, I know firsthand how imperative it is to connect and vibe with your counselor. If I’m not a good fit for you, I’ll refer you to another therapist who might be. I provide both in-person and Telehealth sessions. My out-of-pocket fee is $125. I am willing to slide my fee to $75 a session in order to meet the needs at hand. I graduated in August 2021 with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Indiana Wesleyan University. My practice is informed by a blend of Attachment Theory, Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I’m developing clinical expertise in writing letters for gender-affirming surgery, sexual and gender identity issues, couples therapy, and a variety of mental illnesses. I’m passionate about empowering people to become who they truly are so that they can achieve the goals and dreams they have for themselves. I also enjoy finding the best taco places around, dancing, traveling the world, and spending quality time with friends. I’d love to spend time with you and hear your story.

I've always been a strong believer that your mindset and behaviors can be a significant game changer in the way things are in life. CBT and Mindfulness perspectives are what I work from most, but I also incorporate other methods that will best help you work through, gain insight and clarity in what you're seeking to improve or change. As a therapist, it's important to feel safe and comfortable to share your story. My goal and hope is that you feel as comfortable as you would going over to a friends house, sitting on their couch and having a meaningful conversation. I truly honor the therapeutic space that my clients have and to hear their stories. When you feel ready, I am here to listen

* ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* Over the course of our lives, we experience life changes and unexpected events. Therapy is a place where one can process and adjust to these transitions and events. Through my education and experience, I have learned how to help clients work through these changes. Therapy will not only help one learn skills during this time of adjustment, but it will also help one learn how they can utilize these skills and strengths when they need them in the future. Over the past few years, through practicums and work experience, I have learned how to help clients across many populations adjust to life's changes. Please call or email with any questions. I look forward to hearing from you and how we can work together to help you move forward.

With 18 years in healthcare, he has worked in a variety of settings including trauma, intensive care, behavioral health, surgical recovery, and deployed medicine with the US Army. I work best with students who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or trying to make sense of a lot of emotions at once. You might be navigating big transitions, relationship stress, academic pressure, or feeling unsure about who you are or what comes next. Sometimes everything looks “fine” on the outside, but internally it feels heavy or hard to manage. The students I work with are often thoughtful and self-aware, but may feel stuck, overthinking, or emotionally drained. They’re looking for a space where they can slow down, understand what they’re feeling, and learn how to manage stress in a way that actually works for them. If you’re open to exploring your experiences, building emotional awareness, and finding more balance and clarity, we would likely be a good fit.
