I offer a warm, grounded, and culturally responsive space for teens and adults navigating anxiety, stress, relationships, identity, family dynamics, and life transitions. Together, we’ll slow down, better understand what you’re experiencing, and build the confidence to make choices that feel more intentional and authentic to who you are.
